It’s 14th of November, 40 days to go for Christmas and 47 days to New Year but here we are celebrating children’s day in India. It’s a day to honor children. Universal Children’s Day takes place annually on November 20. June 1st is also celebrated as Children’s day in many parts of the world.
Childhood memories are sweetest of all. They can be savored for a lifetime. Children’s day celebration is fun for the little ones but it is important for the parents too. Every parent must understand the importance of the children’s day. Parents should be well aware about the little desires of their angels.
During my school days, November month was very exciting because Children’s day was celebrated in every school of India. Children’s who had performed well in there last year grades used to get prizes from the School Teacher. I was never the one getting those awards or prizes 😀 I remember many events used to happen that day and the assembly time was increased . In the end, children’s used to get sweets and chocolates. It used to be a very exciting day. 🙂
The guys who are currently in school needs to enjoy every moment of it. I know you hate school very much but honestly you gonna miss these days when you go to your university. These are the days you should make memories of, rejoice every moment of it with your best friends. Respect your teachers because they are making a sea of students ready for there future.
So, go out and celebrate, enjoy and remember your school days.
After all Children are like precious gems.. 🙂

Good to hear that you’ll be visiting a small part of the country in new year 🙂
There are many places to visit in Bengaluru.
I am mentioning few of those, hope you visit them and find them exciting and memorable.
If you like trekking and willing to go for a camping then, Antaragange, Skandagiri and Savandurga Trekking is awesome. They are all within 60 miles from Bangalore City. 🙂
If you’re into drinks, you can go for a wine tour. 😉
Wonderla is quite famous and exciting amusement park in Bangalore, it is within 25 miles.. so you can plan out to go there.
Nandi Hills is also famous, it has a lot of history associated with it.
Shivanasamudra Falls is also a good site but a bit far from Bangalore.
You can visit Pondicherry, it used to be a french colony a century ago. But it’s slight far.
I have listed very few places but there are a lot more.

Hi A thanx for sharing some infos which are about this important day. And so happy that your country india which has full of so emotional people and various culture celebrate this important day.
Because i think, children are the most important things for our world. They are our future. Everybody should remember this, and also there is one more thing that should be remembered that everybody was a child. And now we should look at ourself to see what kind of people those children became.
First of all for this, we should remember our memories which belong our childhood. At those times how did we solve our problems, what kind of things were making us happy, or what kind of dreams did we have? And than when we think abput now; how do we solve our problems, what kind of things are making us happy, or what kind of dreams do we have or still do we have any dream?
This is the magic. Children are sparcles, when they have a chance to make their dreams to make true, it’s makes them magic.
I’m a Turkish. In my country we’ve been celebrating ‘National Sovereignty and Children’s Day’ in April23 since 1920. Thanks to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk for giving us this opportunity to celebrate this big and important day with our future. If you wanna know more about that you can google. If i start to write about it i can’t stop myself. 🙂
All i wanna say that if we want to have a happy future we should make our children happy. That’s it.
I hope everychildren has a life as happy as they deserve.

Children’s day is supposed to be a really big deal. I’m in the last year of my schooling and well being an Indian you also know the prospects of “fun” for a 12th grader. They didn’t actually let us watch the celebration and we instead had exams *bummer* but yea until last year it was amazing. 😀 it’s got me nostalgic. Great post! Keep writing. Good to have you in the community. 🙂
