Looking after ourselves can be tough, especially in a world which constantly tells us to “be better” and “strive for more.” Sometimes it’s about acknowledging truth, that there is someone out there who will love us and whom we will love, and waiting however long that is, is ok.

Hi! I believe I started in Mid 2014 or 2015, off colour for an year and then I used to post very frequently.
I was never into blogging, but then it really gave me a sense of relief. I just liked reading what my friend used to blog and it made me write too. π

I like your post & what it portrays & conveys. What you can do is make sure you eat before you drink to let that alcohol go to your food instead of your liver!
