Each year 4th of February is celebrated as “World Cancer Day” to increase the awareness about Cancer- Word’s Deadliest Disease.
Many cancers can be prevented by not smoking, eating more vegetables, fruits and whole grains, eating less meat and refined carbohydrates, maintaining a healthy weight, exercising, minimizing sunlight exposure, and being vaccinated against certain infectious diseases.
The five easily available food that can prevent cancer are Dark chocolate, walnuts, berries, citrus fruits, melons. Your life is extremely important, if not for you than surely for someone. Remember the most important person in the world is you. Eating and becoming healthier can actually be an easy job. It should also be a tasty one.
